Prices & Appointments
Appointments can be arranged at the beginning or end of a day or alternatively some Saturdays if it is more convenient. Emergencies will always be slotted in the same day, however if for any reason Duncan cannot get to you, he will offer advice over the phone to limit the damage, and if needs be can recommend another trusted plumber to sort the immediate problem.
Prices are charged per hour plus material costs unless previously quoted. There is no call out fee during standard working hours Monday – Friday.
We offer a very competitive price for an annual boiler service. Please contact us for a quote.
Duncan will always aim to provide you with a rough estimate before starting work and is honest and transparent with his pricing. There are never any ‘hidden’ costs and a fair price is charged for a good job! Payment is usually made on receipt of an invoice and can be made by cheque, cash or BACS payment.
For larger jobs which have been previously quoted, it is normally requested that 30% of the total balance is paid before work commences and the remainder due once the job is completed.
